New Hampshire native + local to the Monadnock Region.
I was overwhelmed, stressed out, working 50+ hour weeks, babysitting adults and felt my life becoming more and more physically and emotionally painful.
Pretending to be someone I wasn’t to fill this character role I was expected to play, in order to make some company rich. My life was anything but fulfilling.
Listening to my gut and NOT the advice of my family, I left the high paying job with benefits and put myself into a massage class. Two weeks later, I signed up for the whole program and since then, I’ve embarked on this life long journey to feel my very best and help others on that same path.
I’ve become a life long learner of many healing modalities and I believe the power of touch and its many therapeutic benefits.
I provide a holistic-based practice using organic and pure ingredients.
Additionally, I provide in-home therapy services around the Monadnock Region.

Her expertise goes beyond traditional massage, as she is also a licensed physical therapy assistant. She has a deep understanding of muscle recovery and mobility.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, a hiker, cyclist, marathon runner, or any active athlete, Catherine is for you!
She has a passion for addressing sore muscles at their origins and she is dedicated to helping individuals remain active.
